The FOS donated money towards

In July 2007 the FOS donated £4,500

The “Friends of the School” is a small group of parents
dedicated to raising funds for the Newton Longville School.
Over the past five years our tireless efforts have been worthwhile
and we have raised in excess of £35,000, this includes £14,300
towards school books, audio, TV/DVD equipment, projectors and
athletic vests (not shown in photos). We have relied on everybody's
generosity and would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for
your continued support.
However, what we do need is your time! In order to make our
events successful we are always on the look out for willing
volunteers to help out manning stalls, serving teas etc.
If you have a hidden talent for fund raising or feel that you can
spare any time to help us, please let us know by leaving your
details with the school office.
