Breakfast, After-School and Holiday Clubs

Based in our new purpose built facility within the grounds of Newton Longville C of E Combined School.

We provide high quality wraparound childcare for children aged between 4 and 11. Our aim is to create a caring, fun, warm and secure environment, providing experiences designed to enrich and stimulate those attending. We intend it to be a child centered and inclusive programme which caters to the needs of all children participating. Children will be fully involved, from setting up and choosing equipment to helping with planning and making rules.

A full time Co-ordinator, Deputy and Play workers staff the centre. All workers are qualified and/or experienced and regularly undertake training to update their skills. A broad range of play activities will be offered, including sports and games, outdoor activities, drama and imaginative play, arts and crafts, or even just relax and chill out. Children will be free to choose what they would like to participate in. Initially there are 24 places available, which can be extended as required.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday to Friday

Breakfast Club 7.45am to 8.45am

After School Club 3.15pm to 6.00pm

Holiday Club 7.45am to 6.00pm

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

Breakfast Club-Children are offered a healthy breakfast.

After School Club-Children are offered healthy snacks.

Holiday Club-Please provide a packed lunch, snacks will be provided.

FEES

Breakfast Club £3.50

After School Club £8.75

Holiday Club £20.00 per full day or £12.00 per half-day (up to 5 hours)– reducing to £18.00 per full day

and £10.00 per half day if booked in advance

A sibling discount will apply of 10% for your second child and 20% for any further children

Full fees are payable if your child is absent for any reason. Fees are payable in advance.

A late collection fee of £10 per quarter hour may be charged after 6.00pm.

TERMINATION

One month’s notice is required or one month’s fees in lieu of notice.

REGISTRATION

If you would like your child to attend, even on an ad hoc basis, please fill out a registration form and return to the school. Places can only be guaranteed if they are booked in advance. Ad hoc places are available as well but cannot be guaranteed—please ring.

Children who do not attend Newton Longville School are welcome.
