At Newton Longville CE Primary School, our science curriculum is inspired by our Christian vision:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.”
We encourage pupils to explore the wonder of the natural world with curiosity, resilience, and purpose — engaging wholeheartedly in scientific enquiry and discovery.
Our intent is to develop pupils’ understanding of key scientific concepts and processes, while nurturing their ability to think, speak, and work like scientists. Using the White Rose Science scheme, our curriculum is coherent, rigorous, and vertically integrated.
